GeoSeisQC brochure

 GeoSeisQC was designed to perform QC of seismic data. The main idea is to provide a user with the detailed information about seismic files using internal database of format description which can be modified and edited by users.

geoSeisQCThis software allows to perform:
• primary data analysis;
• work with geometry files, automatic geofile, coordinate library, 3D a priori static corrections generation, definition of binning parameters;
• acquisition geometry visualization for 2D and 3D data;
• 2D/3D geometry definition;
• definition of a priori velocity function, a priori muting, filter parameters;
• primary data processing.

QC software contains various modules performing operations with seismic data:

• geometry definition;
• mathematical operations with trace samples;
• deconvolution;
• trace editing;
• coherent, band-pass, surgical, notch signal filtering;
• automatic gain control;
• muting;
• stacking;
• NMO and static corrections;
• calculation of seismic record attributes;
• frequency-dependent noise attenuation;
• reading and writing seismic files in SEG-D, SEG-Y and CST formats;
• sorting using trace header attributes;
• automatic noise attenuation and seismic data QC;

GeoSeisQC has efficient QC tools, a function to define signal/noise ratio (microseisms, Rayleigh waves) in tables and graphs, calculation of average signal and noise level, signal/noise ratio and other parameters.
The Software efficiently runs under Windows and Linux *

Job Editor. A graphic application designed to create and edit jobs. It provides functions such as setting module parameters, correctness check, start and stop of jobs as well as saving and loading jobs from file.

Monitoring of jobs. A graphic interface for real-time monitoring of jobs.

Job Monitor. A graphic interface for monitoring background jobs. Dataset management.

Seismic Data Analysis. SegAnalyzer application is designed for seismic data analysis and data encapsulation method. Auxiliary data management.

Mapping Tool. An application is designed to create, edit and analyze auxiliary (non-seismic) data such as acquisition geometry, statics, attribute maps, etc, stored in formatted files or in an internal database.

User Environment. GeoSeisQC Project Manager. Project Manager is an interactive application used as a user desktop production tool which provides a complete working environment starting from project, project file and processing sequence management to job and interactive application launch.

Documentation. User Online Documentation. A single interface allows the user to access the online documentation. The User Manual for the batch modules and interactive applications is presented as a set of PDF files accessed via context menus in the applications or clicking SHIFT-F1. You can display this documentation using a special application browser or standard PDF readers, for example Adobe Acrobat-Reader in Windows or xPdf and Evince in Linux. General User and Administration Manuals are likewise accessed as PDF format files.
