The main purpose of PetroVision WEB
is to give an authorized users WEB access to the data stored in
PetroVision Data Bank
from any point of the world (if this point is connected to Internet, of course).
By using PetroVision WEB
an user can select, view, get or ask for delivery any data, which he or she has
granted access to.
PetroVision WEB
doesn't require any special software on client computer but standard Internet
browser like MS Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

Complete functionality of the native interface.
Access to the objects' data (wells, seismic lines and so on) via
GIS interface using existent maps in ESRI shape format.
Retrieving data stored in Oracle database, viewing this data in tables
with the ability to filter, sort, search, export to another program such as
MS Excel, MS Word.
Viewing standard graphic files (GIF, JPEG, TIFF) and specific
format files (LAS, LIS,DLIS, SEGY, SEGY-RODE ) without transferring
them over the Internet.
E-mail and ftp delivery of selected files to authorized user.
System of e-mail requests for hardcopy delivery, magnetic media delivery
or e-mail delivery of selected files for unauthorized users.
Multilayer integrated security model.
Flexible multilanguage interface with customization ability.
Ability to use third-party viewers via VNC.
